Email is a main form of communication for Bent Tree thus, Bent Tree sends emails to Members and Guests to promote upcoming events, groups, and studies. By registering for a Bent Tree account you have agreed to receive such emails from Bent Tree. If you would like to no longer receive emails you can update that by clicking here. Such emails may contain tracking for opens and click rates as described in cookies.

Information Security 

Personal Information collected by the Sites is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Only those employees/volunteers who need access to your Personal Information to do their jobs are allowed access. Any employee/volunteer who violates our privacy and/or security policies is subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution. We do not sell your information or provide it to others for marketing purposes.

If you place an order through the Sites, you will be asked to set up an account and provide an email address and password.
