MISSIONS WEEK

September 29 - October 2, 2024

Missions Week is held yearly and is a celebration of all that God has done and is doing through the mission ministries of Bent Tree. Through our Missions Ministry, we support over 60 missionaries around the world, over 30 local projects, and over 35 global projects. During Missions Week, we are blessed to have many of our missionaries and project partners, both locally and around the world, join us for a week of activities and events. It is an amazing opportunity for Bent Tree to meet the actual people out in the missions field and hear about their ministries.

Calendar of Events

Sunday Morning Services

On Sunday morning, our entire worship experience is centered around missions. We celebrate the big picture of how God is using Bent Tree to bring the light of Jesus into the darkest places around the world. After each service, there are opportunities to visit with the missionaries and mission partners in the lobby. They love to share about their ministry and answer any questions you have.

Sunday Night - Mission Festival

On Sunday evening, from 6-8 pm, we invite the entire church to come to a festival for the whole family. We celebrate with food from around the world, games and bounce houses for the kids, and special booths where missionaries showcase items from the country where they serve. Everyone is invited to get a "Passport" and get it stamped by every missionary. Completed "Passports" will be entered into a drawing for discounts on 2025 Adult and Student Mission Journeys.

Wednesday Night - Stories of the One

Join us Wednesday night when we pull back the curtain so that you can hear more about what God is doing in people's lives around the world. Our missionaries and partners in more sensitive parts of the world will share how God is on the move in some of the toughest places on earth for Christians but where the Gospel is still advancing.
