October 1-4, 2023

Missions Week is held yearly and is a celebration of all that God has done and is doing through the mission ministries of Bent Tree. Through our Missions Ministry, we support over 60 missionaries around the world, over 30 local projects, and over 35 global projects. During Missions Week, we are blessed to have many of our missionaries and project partners, both locally and around the world, join us for a week of activities and events. It is an amazing opportunity for Bent Tree to meet the actual people out in the missions field and hear about their ministries.

Calendar of Events

Sunday Morning Services

On Sunday morning, our entire worship experience is centered around missions. We celebrate the big picture of how God is using Bent Tree Missions, but we also tell stories of the "One" - individuals whose lives have been changed because they have met Jesus. After each service, there are opportunities to visit with the missionaries and partners who have tables set up in the lobby. They are happy to answer questions and tell you more about their ministry.

Mission Festival

On Sunday evening, from 6-8 pm, we invite the entire church to come to a festival for the whole family. We celebrate with food from around the world, games and bounce houses for the kids, and special booths where missionaries showcase items from the country where they serve. Everyone is invited to get a "Passport" and get it stamped by every missionary. Completed "Passports" will be entered into a drawing for discounts on 2024 Adult and Student Mission Journeys.

Wednesday Night Prayer

Wednesday night at 7 pm is a special night of prayer where we have the privilege of praying over our missionaries. This prayer meeting is led by our elders and allows a more intimate environment for missionaries to share their ministries, challenges, and prayer requests with their Bent Tree family.
