Join us for an unforgettable Middle School Ministry (MSM) Fall Retreat at the amazing Sky Ranch in Van, Texas from October 6-8! Located in the heart of the breathtaking east Texas countryside, Sy Ranch is the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city and connect with God and your peers. With exciting worship, fun activities and dynamic messages, this retreat will be an incredible experience you won't want to miss. Students will arrive and depart from the Bent Tree. Mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable weekend! The early bird rate of $235 ends on August 27th and then the price will increase to $260.

Where is MSM's Fall Retreat?
What time should I plan to drop off/pick up my student?

On Friday check-in will begin at 6:00 p.m. Buses will be departing at 6:30 p.m. On Sunday, we are estimated to arrive at Bent Tree at 2:30 p.m.

What if my student needs to arrive late or leave early?

Please contact Kevin Rund. 

How much does Fall Retreat cost?

Early Bird price is $235 from August 13 - August 27. It will increase to $260 from August 28 - September 17.

Are there scholarships available?

Scholarships are available on limited bases. Scholarship applications will be accepted until 9/11/2023 at midnight. Apply for a scholarship.

What does registration include?

It includes transportation via charter buses, t-shirt, meals, lodging, and on-site activities. 

What activities are available at Sky Ranch?

There are activities like the pool, waterslides, high ropes courses, and so many more! Learn more by visiting the Sky Ranch website

Does my student need spending money?

All necessities are taken care of in the price of registration. However, the Corner Store will be open for Sky Ranch swag, snacks, drinks, etc. 

What is the COVID Protocol?

Currently, Bent Tree, nor the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) no longer requires masks. COVID is still ever-changing please report any infections or exposure to the Bent Tree Student Ministry staff as soon as possible. 

What if my student has food allergies?

Food allergies can be noted on the registration. If you need to talk to someone about allergies, please contact Kevin Rund. We are unable to accommodate food preferences.  

Does my student need a medical release?

Yes if your student is attending in person you need a medical release. You can fill that out here. If your student attended United/Mission Journey in 2023, you do not need to fill out another one. All students that have just started the 6th grade will need a medical release completed.
