Shannon Sears

Shannon oversees Adult Mission Journeys and missionary care. She is responsible for mobilizing and involving the Bent Tree church body in Mission Journeys and volunteer opportunities within Global Missions Ministries. She works closely with the Missions Pastor leading out the process of missionary sending, care, encouragement and evaluation.
About Shannon
Shannon is a Texan born and raised and has lived in the Dallas metroplex most of her life. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas, a World Race alumnus, and was an elementary teacher for 8 years. She loves spending time in nature and being with family, friends, and kids!
Shannon's prayer for Bent Tree is that it is a place where people from all walks of life are welcomed, feel safe, and experience the love of Christ. She prays Bent Tree is a house of prayer with a hunger for The Word and a heart for the nations as it continues to grow.
