Libin serves a critical role in Bent Tree’s leadership (as staff and elder) and serves as leader and mentor to Bent Tree staff. Libin is the resident expert on Bent Tree’s vision, values, and distinctives and passionately promotes their full implementation and application.
About Libin
Libin was born in Kerala, India, and spent most of his childhood in Chattanooga, TN. His passion for ministry began to take root under his parents, who have been serving in pastoral ministry his whole life. Libin received his M.Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary and his Ph.D. in Pastoral Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Stacey, have been married since 2014 and have two wonderful children, Avery and Liam.
Libin’s vision for Bent Tree is to see the disciples of Jesus formed and God's Kingdom advancing into lost and broken places. His prayer is that Bent Tree will be a church that loves one another, holds unwaveringly to God’s Word, is fueled by the Holy Spirit, and is unhindered for the cause of Jesus.
