Join us for an unforgettable High School Ministry (HSM) Fall Retreat at the beautiful Allaso Ranch in Hawkins, Texas from September 2-4! Located in the heart of the breathtaking east Texas countryside, Allaso Ranch is the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city and connect with God and your peers. With exciting worship, fun activities and dynamic messages, this retreat will be an incredible experience you won't want to miss. Students will arrive and depart from the Bent Tree. Mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable weekend! The early bird rate of $255 ends on July 31 and then the price will increase to $275.00

Where is HSM's Fall Retreat?
What time should I plan to drop off/pick up my student?

On Saturday check-in will begin at 7:00 a.m. Buses will be departing at 7:30 a.m. On Monday, we are estimated to arrive at Bent Tree at approximately 4:00 p.m.

What if my student needs to arrive late or leave early?

Please contact Maria Givens. Students cannot drive themselves so parents will need to coordinate late or early travel. 

How much does Fall Retreat cost?

Early Bird price is $255 from July 10 - July 31. It will increase to $275 from August 1 - August 21.

Are there scholarships available?

Scholarships are available on limited bases. Scholarship applications will be accepted until 8/6/2023 at midnight. Apply for a scholarship.

What does registration include?

It includes transportation via charter buses, t-shirt, meals, lodging, and on-site activities. 

What activities are available at Allaso Ranch?

There are activities like the pool, waterslides, high ropes courses, and so many more! Learn more by visiting the Allaso Ranch website

Does my student need spending money?

All necessities are taken care of in the price of registration. However, the Camp Store will be open for Allaso swag, snacks, drinks, etc. 

What is the COVID Protocol?

Currently, Bent Tree, nor the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) no longer requires masks. COVID is still ever-changing please report any infections or exposure to the Bent Tree Student Ministry staff as soon as possible. 

What if my student has food allergies?

Food allergies can be noted on the registration. If you need to talk to someone about allergies, please contact Maria Givens. We are unable to accommodate food preferences.  

Does my student need a medical release?

Yes if your student is attending in person you need a medical release. You can fill that out here. If your student attended United/Mission Journey/Fish Camp in 2023, you do not need to fill out another one. They are good for one calendar year.
