Pastoral Launching Pad (PLP)

Pastoral Launching Pad Residency Program

The Pastoral Launching Pad (PLP) is a one-year residency program for seminary graduates that is geared toward men and women who feel called by God to be a Lead Pastor or Church Planter. Watch the video below as Pastor Eric Willis explains more about the PLP program, and provides criteria to help you determine whether you would be a good candidate.

During the year, residents will spend each month in a specific ministry working with and in that ministry. Throughout the process, they will be trained and mentored by Pastor Pete Briscoe, Pastor Eric Willis, and other staff pastors. At the end of the residency, each PLP resident will actively search for an open pastoral position or work closely with a church planting organization in order to be launched into senior pastor leadership.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2018 program. If the PLP sounds like something that you might be interested in, fill out the online application using the button below. Upon completion, you will be contacted by Eric Willis, Pastor of Minister Development, who will walk you through the rest of the application process.
